What to track weekly

  • Branded mentions — is your firm named at all?
  • Intent match — do answers match your actual services?
  • Competitor share — who else appears and why?
  • Source hints — which URLs or domains get cited in footnotes

Run the same 30–50 prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Log results in a spreadsheet. Over 4–8 weeks you'll see whether citation seeding and schema changes are moving the needle.
